The following are the terms and conditions of the 'Card Strike Promotion' (the 'Promotion') for www.MrGreen.com (the “Site”) and organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you. 

1. General

This Promotion commences on 01.11.2024 and is an ongoing Promotion, currently without an end date, we will provide reasonable notice of when the Promotion is to come to an end (the “Promotion Period”). 

1. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the Mr Green poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion. 
2. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device. 
3. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this promotion, shall be forfeited by you. 
4. Withdrawing funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in our Withdrawal Policy. 
5. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us. 
6. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account. 
7. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal. 

2. Eligibility

1. You may only participate in the Promotion, if you (i) have registered with the Site, deposited real money in your Site's account and have made a real money bet of USD 1 or more prior to the start date of the Promotion Period; or (ii) make first real money deposit into your account with the Site after the start date of the Promotion Period. 
2. If you play from Northern Ireland, this promotion does not apply to you. 

3. The Promotion

1. All prizes granted under the Promotion, will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled. 
2. Winners of a $10,000 cash prize will be granted their prize subject to the Company’s verification and validation of such win. Validation check will take up to 7 business days. 
3. Card Strike: 
   • 1. A player may win a Promotion Prize from the Promotion by playing in Cash Game table. 
     2. Different hand limitation (for completion) might be set according to the cards grid size and the game type. Once the player reached the hands limitation with no completion it will be replaced with a new board. 
     3. Once the board is filled, a “completed” indication will be shown and a new board will automatically appear on the next hand. 
     4. In case the user leaves the table, the component data is kept for 2 hours 
     5. If the table closes, your component data will be lost 
     6. In case of disconnection the component will be kept for 2 hours 
     7. The player can refresh the board by pressing the “Reset” button. The “Reset” option is enabled only after a minimum of 10 hands played. 
     8. Each table played on multi-tables will be treated as a new instance. 
     9. Prizes values and ranges vary depending on each table buy in and will be calculated by big blinds. 
     10. Available prizes: Tournament tickets, Casino Bonus Money, Sports Free Bet, Cash and Bonuses.

4. Immediate Bonus

1. The bonus granted under the Promotion is an “immediate bonus” which is granted to you in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant. Such bonus and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds, may be withdrawn only after you have wagered $US 1.5 contributed rake/tournament Fees or $US 30 in casino games per every $US 1 of the received bonus amount. 2. The bonus granted under the Promotion and its related winnings, must fulfill points accumulation requirements at the Site within 30 days of being credited to a player's account. Otherwise any available bonus amount and any winnings generated through the same not used by a player within the relevant time period will be cancelled and removed from the player's bankroll. 
3. If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins. 
4. Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows: (i) a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money; (ii) a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii) a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games. 
5. Wagering bonus granted under the Promotion on all casino games contributes towards the wagering requirement but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type: 

Examples: 

Wager $500 on Video Slots, the entire $500 (100%) contributes towards the wagering requirements. 

Wager $500 on Roulette, $50 (10%) contributes towards the wagering requirements. 

6. The bonus granted under the Promotion is valid for selected games only, when playing Casino 

Tournament Tickets

1. The Tournament Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion must be used within 7 days of being granted. Any unused Tournament Ticket(s) will expire if not used within such period. 
2. A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to their stack during a tournament. 
3. Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

Casino Bonus Money

1. All Bonus Money credited to a player's account must be used within 7 days, any unused Bonus Money will be removed from the account thereafter. 
2. The Bonus Money granted under the Promotion may only be used on selected casino games on the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Money granted under the Promotion may not be used on Live Casino. 
3. Winnings generated by the Bonus Money are granted only after the member has finished playing all of his/her Bonus Money or until the maximum winning cap is reached for casino games, whichever occurs earlier. The cap on such winnings is the amount equal to the sum of Bonus Money granted under the Promotion, and such winnings may only be used on casino and poker games and must be wagered within 30 days of being granted. Such maximum winning cap shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the Bonus Money granted under the Promotion. 
4. The winnings generated by the Bonus Money are an “immediate bonus” which is granted to you in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant. Such bonus and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds, may be withdrawn only after you have wagered $US 1.5 contributed rake/tournament Fees or $US 30 in casino games per every $US 1 of the received bonus amount. 9. Any winnings generated by the Bonus Money may be used on selected games only.
