  1. This Promotion is ongoing and currently does not have an end date. Mr Green will provide reasonable notice before the Promotion concludes (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. Only players that have deposited real money and placed a real money bet of $1 or more qualify for the promotion
  3. The player will receive up to 50% Rakeback each week (Monday to Sunday) during the promotion period.
  4. To qualify for the weekly Rakeback, a player must accumulate a minimum of $200 in weekly rake.
  5. The Rakeback is calculated from the total poker rake generated during the promotion period (Monday - Sunday).
  6. The Rakeback reward tiers are as follows: $200 - $499 = 10% | $500 - $999 = 20% | $1,000 - $2,999 = 30% | $3,000 - $4,999 = 40% | $5,000 and over = 50%
  7. The Rakeback will be credited to the player’s account as cash.
  8. The player will receive the weekly Rakeback granted under this Promotion on the following Monday, or otherwise within 72 hours possible if there are technical or processing difficulties.
  9. Players will receive an email and/or a pop-up message notifying them that their weekly Rakeback is ready to be claimed. The Rakeback must be claimed via either the email or on-site pop-up within 7 days of receipt, otherwise, the Rackback will be forfeited.
  10. Should any player account become self-excluded or closed due to responsible gaming concerns before or during the valid dates of this promotion, that player will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the promotion even if they have already begun wagering.
  11. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
